Move countries. Keep your history.

Six months in Berlin, two years in Lisbon, a quarter in Mexico City. Your finances should follow you, not start over.

Accounts from more than one country, side by side

Connect banks in the US and Canada today through a read-only link, with European banks under open banking rules next. Every account keeps the currency it was opened in; nothing gets flattened on the way in.

  • Multi-country households

Tag accounts by country of issue; vokse keeps your tax residency separate from your base currency.

  • Two homes, one budget

Run a Berlin-EUR budget and a Lisbon-EUR budget side by side, with shared categories where it makes sense.

  • Export by country

End-of-year exports filtered by tax residency. Your accountant in each country gets only what they need.

Accounts from more than one country, side by side

Moving country, in three steps

  1. Connect the new bank

Link the account you opened on arrival through the bank's own consent screen. Access is read-only and your credentials never touch vokse.

  2. Keep the old one

Leave the account back home connected, or import its statements as CSV, OFX or JSON. The history stays in the currency it was written in.

  3. Choose one base currency

Reports read in the currency you pick, while each transaction keeps its own amount and the rate of its day. Nothing is rewritten.
